We stayed at this hotel in September with a family of 5 adults and 1 one-year-old baby. It is not a real hotel but all separate jungle huts, some with 2 floors, and everything is in a jungle atmosphere. Nice pool too. Book an appointment for a massage, manicure/pedicure. Food and drink, the staff is all super. You can possibly go out to eat a short walk from the hotel or take a taxi. Grab doesn't really work here.

The hotel is pleasant but when we asked for a dish at the hotel restaurant, we were told that they were out of it, which made the choices limited and the speed of service mediocre. Quite a few problems with the organization. Otherwise the setting is very nice and the hotel is rather well located in the city.

Charming and well-kept place, hearty breakfasts. A 15-minute walk from restaurants with sunset views and a 20-minute walk from Jemeluk beach (small underwater temple) for snorkeling. It is also possible to do it on the hotel beach, but there were too many waves when we were there. We had read in our guidebook that this hotel had aged a bit… we did not find that to be the case.
