While the staff ia good..place is not very clean...most of the material is worn off..food is pathetic..doors have a lot of space for any insects to sneak in...if you are staying in this area...can have more accessability by staying in Kuta...not many options of restaurants around ...

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our month stay in Bali, what way to put a downer on our trip! First of all when we first arrived our room was not ready..this wasn’t a problem as we left our bags at reception and headed out for the day, when we returned they had lost our room key and accused us of having it! The room itself was dirty and infested with ants, we called reception and told them and they laughed and left a can of spray with us. We then complained about the bad smelling drains in our bathroom (smelt like a public toilet) the night porter came down and flushed the toilet and said ‘all sorted’ it smelt horrendous! The next day all the guests received an invite to a hotel pool party...they forgot to mention it was a 10 year olds bday party so was full of screaming kids for 4 hours! On the final day we purposely left the do no disturb sign on our door as we were in the process of packing so all our stuff was scattered about the room...they still decided to go in our room and move and rummage through our stuff and then just laughed when we complained! The hotel is an absolute disgrace, it’s dirty, the staff are rude, the WiFi doesn’t work and the breakfast...I won’t even start on that!

Our family of three stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which has it's own private pool, for 4 nights. We absolutely loved it. It was a relaxing and replenishing stay. The staff were very friendly, the room service was good, and the breakfast was fine (not amazing, but we were very happy with banana pancakes, coffee and a fruit plate each morning). The room was clean and the bed very comfy. TV worked fine, but a few things are getting a little old and worn out - for example, only one of the aircon remotes worked, and some of the woodwork is getting munched by borers or some other pest. The location was great for us, very near Amplitude skate park, but away from the main road, so nice and quiet apart from the rooster next door! All in all we had a very good time and I would definitely stay again.
