Bali Masari Villas and Spa

We have been coming to the Bali Masari since 2015 the staff are excellent especially Adelia Chintya she has been so accommodating and helpful her English is exceptional and booking as often as we do, she has made it so easy for us. as she has great attention to detail, nothing is too much trouble. By the end of the year we will have stayed four times. Needless to say we love the Bali Masari.

The Bali Masari Villas and Spa is in need of maintenance and repairs to suite interiors and resort exterior. The recent serious rains and flooding are no reason for broken suite cabinets, unit repairs, etc.

This resort has an idyllic location and a fabulous infinity pool overlooking a beautiful valley festooned in jungle vegetation. Very tranquil and relaxing but a little of the beaten track. The two bedroomed unit we had was very spacious and the air conditioning was excellent but the decor was to be honest more shabby than chic. We ate a few nights in our villa and the food was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It must have been a beautiful resort when first opened but is now very tired. We were meeting with friends and it was idea for our catch up.
