Hotel Miki

At first I thought it was a good budget hotel, they have swimming pool. The room is not that bad cause there are tv, air conditioners, and bathroom as well. First night is hell for us because the air conditioners doesnt working, the door couldn't close perfectly and the tv not clear at all (I dont care about the TV, we're not interested to watch either). My friend told the staff to fix the air conditioners soon in so we could sleep, no one come in hours. Then a man come to our room checking it after we told the staff 3 times. It does feel cold enough at first. The next day, it going worst again. We told the staff again, they said 'it will be cold in hours after you turned it on'. The fact is big no cause its totally hot. We left the room and sleep in other friends room. We found out that some of friends feel the same bad experience. We're not satisfied with the service and facilities there. Well its a budget hotel and cheap, but dont make it cheapest with those things, please. AC is the important thing in the hot place like Bali. Fortunately, the food tastes good. Only the food and swimming pool.

I stayed for 2 nights in this hotel with my college friends with tour. I stayed in room number 108 in front of pool. Foods were okay and nice but my room was a problem. Unclean toilet bowl with a bonus 'kelabang' and AC wasn't cool just like a fan ( not good because I stayed with another 3 girls in my room). The other problem, the AC was turn off by itself and too far from beach

This 'hotel' was a bit of a let down. The reception room was massive but really dated and wasn't traditionally Balinese. The receptionist staff were not very welcoming and hardly spoke a word of English, which is very unusual especially for the touristy Kuta area of Bali. The room was very average, just a cupboard, a sink and a bed, which was very outdated. The bathroom was really unclean, my girlfriend didnt even want to have a shower in the smelly water. There were dozens of mosquitos in the room due to the mosquito nets being ripped or not existent, as well as a massive gap under the door. There was a pool in the middle of the courtyard which looked quite good but we never used it. The location of the hotel is definitely not as centrally located as the hotel make it out to be, as it took us 30 minutes to walk into cental Kuta (legian street), which meant we had to keep paying for taxi's. There are much cheaper, better hostels located much closer to the main area! We would definitely not stay here again!
