Scuba Seraya

We stayed at Scuba Seraya for 7 nignts. What can i say, graet place with great views Unfortunately i'm not allowed to dive, but we still enjoy the peacefull time with amazing views. the pool is clean and the yard is well maintained. It's not a place to stay so many nights, taking that there is nothing to do in the surroundings, you cannot walk to places to eat or for other activities. the staff is friendly, but the menu it is very limited and the prices are high compared to other places 2-3 km away. The place is very beautiful, it's a shame they don't know how to make the most of it. The room hasn't been cleaned in a while, as it looks...even though the staff comes in and wash the floor the linens, towels and furniture are old, torn and not maintained at all BTW, if you are not friend with insects and reptiles, need to know that is full of gecko lizard and the giants insects in the bathroom, taking that there s no window.

The grounds and facility are just beautiful. The room was a little Spartan but clean, airy and nicely done. The diving team was fantastic. We did shore dive and boat dive to the liberty wreck. Very well taken care of. Excellent boat! Breakfast was simple but well done and delicious. Everything we had at the restaurant was also well done. Limited menu. But not too expensive. Nothing else in the area, so it's nice they have good food. The only downside would be, And I had a big laugh about this when I heard where the owner of the Resort is from, the bathrooms are definitely not the highlight of the accommodation. Tatty, tacky, unkempt, a bit of an afterthought, it seems. My father lives in this unnamed European country, famous for dodgy bathrooms. So… It is what it is. Very nice place, will definitely be back

85% of the facilities indicated on Booking.com are not there. I asked them about it and they act mlnet like they don't understand that this is not correct. I have booked the accommodation with a view to various activities/facilities. But unfortunately most of it is not there. They also rented me an uninsured scooter whose rear brake was no longer good. The price of food is quite pricey compared to the competition, they charge another 21% tax and 2% for pin usage. That's pretty hefty! In the case of competition, 10% tax is charged. I wonder how they come up with that 21%?? I filed a complaint with Booking.com and they contacted scuba seraya resort. Unfortunately, they ignore these messages and do not respond. I also contacted the customer service of scuba seraya resort, they would call me. But unfortunately I have not heard back from them, even after repeated messages from me to them. My advice is to take a closer look at another location where they do facilitate what they offer. And where the response of the service is professional.
