We had a wonderful stay at The ONE Legian Bali. We booked a room with access to the sky pool, and it was an amazing experience. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making our stay very comfortable. A special thank you to the housekeeping team for the adorable elephant towel dolls they made for our kids—it was such a thoughtful surprise and made our children so happy. Overall, the service was excellent, the facilities were great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali and would love to stay here again!

We visited Bali for the first time in July 2026. We stayed at The One - Legian for 8 days. The hotel is located in Legian which is vibrant city and close to everything you would need on vacation. What an absolutely wonderful stay it was. The atmosphere in the hotel is calming and made for the relaxing and care free holiday you need. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the seamless check in process to the amazing friendly, helpful and humble staff. They were so very kind and the service was exceptional. Room service was top class. The room was cleaned daily at the highest level, completely spotless. From the hotel lobby to the elevators smelled of lemongrass and super clean. And a daily breakfast buffet with an awesome variety for your every need. The rooftop pool was always a vibe. A special shoutout to Mertha. Mertha’s level of service is exceptional. He is super kind and friendly. A humble soul. He always wants you to have the best experience. If it’s during breakfast sitting or at the rooftop pool party, Mertha will assist you to the best of his ability. But all the staff at The One - Legian are the absolute best. Just wanna share my absolute thanks and appreciation to The One -Legian

Im from australia in i stay in the one legian from room 276, im going to the deck restorant specifically excellent service from wulan , putrawan and zikril. Im to happy will come back and will see u again
