Before I begin this unfortunately awful review, I want to acknowledge that the communication was genuinely great. The staff were very kind, easy to deal with, and prompt and responsive when we requested a refund. That part of the experience was handled professionally, and we appreciated it. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself was not as advertised and in very poor condition. We arrived expecting a private, romantic villa, but instead found a property with four separate rooms sharing one pool. While no other guests were staying there at the time, it still did not feel private or intimate and was not suitable for a romantic trip. Cleanliness was a major concern. The bed sheets were stained, there was visible mould in the bathroom and in the corners of the room, and the space felt dusty and neglected. The bathroom was leaking, and overall the villa appeared poorly maintained. The pool was cloudy/foggy, and the poolside furniture and equipment were broken, making the outdoor area unusable. Inside, the layout was impractical — lamps were hanging extremely low, to the point where you had to duck or manoeuvre items underneath them. The kitchenette was very small and cramped, located inside a tiny room and not functional for a villa-style stay. Due to the number of issues, we made the decision to leave within 15 minutes and book alternative accommodation elsewhere. With a full renovation, proper maintenance, and a thorough deep clean, this place could be great. However, in its current state, it does not meet expectations and cannot be recommended, aside from the positive communication experience.

The villa not in good condition. I got electrocuted by the iron from the villa. The iron not in a good shape with lotsa of black tapes covering the wire. The kitchen appliances is all yellow, smelly and old. The bedsheet smelly and very itchy. The aircon in the rooms not cold, we sweat the entire night and it’s so difficult to sleep. We booked 5days 4nights but we decided to checked out after the first night. However the staffs very nice and apologetic.

Stopped here because all friends were staying here, there is a swimming pool. Good location and there is a security guard. My friends feel at home, we who are stopping by also feel at home at the location. While I was in Bali, the driver Bli Ketut Widi assisted (087855491852) and rented a toddler stroller in Cilukba (081138109889).
