Club Bali Mirage

Hotel itself was very nice. it's a shame Bintang was not included in the all inclusive offer only Bali Hai, which I don't like. What makes its confusing is that you could get Bintang while eating at Chopsticks.!!!!. Also could not get a descent coffee at breakfast. Should invest in a coffee machine and send staff to do a brewster course. As aussies love their coffee. Also at breakfast with sooo many people, there needs to be another egg station, as at times had to wait for 10 -15 minutes for an omelette. Overall it was a nice stay. Thx

lovely hotel, 24 hour food and drink service, pool was clean and like a bath. Suite was amazing for a family of 4 - plenty of room and first time we required a cot and it was perfect, second time we went 2 beds were needed and it was perfect too. club sandwiches were to die for. drinks were lovely too. all inclusive food was great - didn't have a bad meal. it was closing for refurb after we left the second time and I don't know what its like now but if its the same folk who are running it I would have no doubt to go there again. the massages on the beach were great too and the laundry service across the road was cheap and very quick so came home with no washing

This new hotel was built on the land where the old Club Bali Mirage used to be. It is very early days yet with only 10 or so rooms opened so far (78 once complete), it is going to be a lovely place eventually, the staff are a mixture of existing grand mirage staff from next door who are training new members, they are all such beautiful people who are eager to learn and to please their guests. We are staying at The Grand Mirage next door but have spent many nice days around their pool, tried breakfast, lunch and dinner all to our satisfaction. I think it will be an excellent family hotel as it has lots of amenities for children once fully operating. We send our best wishes to Mr Lakshman Perera, Kadiz, Ketut, Loka, Rey and all of the other wonderful staff. Keep doing what you are doing and eventually your hotel will be a great success.
