Bayad Ubud Bali Villa

I booked at bayad ubud bali villa for one day, 2bed room villa with private pool. The villa is very nasty, not maintain and not clean. The air conditioner is broken, hand shower is using tape and leaking. The stepping stone very sleepery, so many web. Me n kids using the pool, and the corner pool deck is broken when my 5yo daughter hold it, and there's a lot of maggots , came outside. Pool deck so stale. They should not sale this villa online.! The employees offer me other villa, without pool, it better. But still there a lack maintenance everywhere. And not clean. The don't have professional house keeper, only a lot of kids cleaning. For covid protocol, they are not using mask,no sanitizer,no hand glove and no social distance. We only stay for 2-3 hour, and decided to move to other hotel. I suggest that management focus for a few villa that well maintained to sell. Do not sale all villa, ur not even proper maintain. We know it pandemic situation, but it's very disappointed for guess.

Lived in the villa for 3 nights. Good service, but i have never lived in a more dirty place. I had to shower in an another hotel, because i could not bring my self to use the shower in my room. I also had ants in my bed.

Such a bad vibe & experience from this place. We went to hire a scooter for a few hours so we could go out and get dinner and the guy at reception could hardly speak any English. He said we could hire the scooter for 2 hours for 50,000 idr. We had to wait for the other young girl who we assumed worked there too to get back with the scooter then when we went to go the scooter had no petrol so the guy said we had to go get Petrol for it. This was our first time in Ubud so we had no idea where to go so we asked if they could please go and fuel it up as we already paid 50,000 idr for the scooter. The two young workers then asked us for 10,000 idr for them to go out and get fuel. We finally left on the scooter however the petrol gauge had not moved. We got about 7km’s then decider to fuel it up another 10,000 idr just to get us back to the villa. When we did this the gage moved just under half full. This left us thinking that young girl did not even fill it up for us before we left as we requested. I mentioned something to the two young workers when I got back whosever they played dumb and acted as if they didn’t understand me just looking at me dumbfounded. As we were trying to get to sleep we could hear the neighbours quite loudly. When we booked, it mentioned we would have a mini bar, we did not have one. Very limited TV connection (2 Indonesian channels and 1 English). However I believe they did upgrade us to a two bedroom (due to no one else staying there) villa but the pool was so gross and green like it had not been cleaned and maintained. The outdoor bath looked disgusting and I doubt they clean it from the look of it, even the whole outdoor bathroom hadn’t had a proper clean in a long time. When we booked the website we booked through stated it was located in Ubud however it is actsly locates about 25km’s out of the town centre of Ubud. We will never stay here nor will we ever recommend it to our friends and family. I hardly write reviews however I felt I needed too for this place to ensure no one else has to go through what we experienced here.
