This is our 3rd stay at Bracha Villas over the past 6 years. Absolutely wonderful villas, great position, comfortable bedding, well equiped ammenities, good fresh breakfast. But what really stands out are the staff. From reception, to management front desk, to all who worked so hard in making our stay comfortable. Nothing was a problem , and always with a smile. Room cleaned daily absolute 5 stars. We would like to especially thank Mr. Egar front desk manager who was so accommodating in all areas, Ms Manik, Ms Mira, Ms Nadira and Mr Agus. Thank you all for your wonderful service, hospitality and beautiful smiles. We will definitely be returning next year. Hopefully in a few villas with our whole family of children and many grandchildren. We appreciate all of you and we can’t recommend Bracha Villas high enough. Location is within mins walk to eat street, shopping and of course across the road from the famous Chinese restaurant Happy Chappy. Well worth a stay here. You won’t be sorry I promise.

Booked a 3 bedroom villa on Agoda Fully paid and no refundable I then get a message from Agoda saying that the supplier has said it’s not available for the dates and I will be given a refund. Two days later they are back advertising the same villa at a much higher rate. I ask for my booking to be reinstated as it is available and sorry I must pay the much higher rate if I want to rebook. I would not trust any company that runs like this, will cancel your booking and expect you to pay higher. Tones of villas in Bali, book elsewhere with someone who can be trusted.

Great location, friendly staff and nice villa. We always stay in the same villa as the pool gets more sun. We stay there every year and never disappointed
