This Villa is unfortunately totally old and worn out! We were very disappointed. Everything is broken and dirty. The drains stink and the generator is extremely noisy. The masterbedroom is a Mosquito hell, you can not sleep there (we were fortunately only two and could sleep downstairs) Only the staff was very friendly. For the price absolutely not recommended

Spacious and clean villas right in the heart of Seminyak and can't beat having an awesome cafe just a few metres away. It was a perfect choice for our family with 2 older children as it felt private. The pool is the best way to cool off after a day of sightseeing or shopping in Bali. Don't forget to use the Gojek app for food, scooters, taxis and general supplies.

We stayed 9 nights in Jan 2023 and couldnt fault it. Staff are amazing and helpful. Central and safe location. Large and spacious villas. Everything cleaned and maintained impeccably. Pool and garden are lush to come home to in the peak heat of the afternoon. Absolutely blissful stay.
