Good points: location to Eat Street, the pool, the size of the bedrooms, the pressure and heat in the showers, the breakfasts, air conditioning in bedrooms, changing of towels and bedding, cost per day over an extended period. Average or below points: long walk to the beach, lack of fans in eating area, no toaster, microwave or working jug, no iron or ironing board, not enough furniture for the number of people they say can stay there, leaking tap to clean toilet repaired five times and not properly fixed, told at in-person booking last year that airport pick up included but it wasn't and the NOISE at night of the feral cats screaming non-stop and then waking up to find one curled asleep on the lounge we are then supposed to sit on.

We stayed in Villa 12. Pool was amazing and spotlessly clean. Pool guys were there every second day vacuuming and cleaning it. Water was crystal clear. The villas are on a side lane which is busy and noisy however once the pool fountain is running, you cannot hear the noise. Inside the villa you cannot hear outside noise. Location is great. Lots of dining options on the main street. Lots of markets close by. A good sports bar / pub close by. Our villa was clean and well maintained. Staff were lovely. Breakfasts yummy. I'd certainly stay again.

Location is very good and the staff are helpful. we stayed in the honeymoon villa 19. As a returning costumer our expectations were high. Oh boy, what a disappointment it was. It is in desperate need of refurbishment. Pool cleaning are non existent, tiles are missing or breaking up and mould grows very nicely around the edges at water level. Pool were cleaned once from leaves etc. only because asked for it. The smell are terrible, had no hot water until asked to be fixed. Kitchen amenities are none. Bed linen are more greyish than whiteish, old and worn. Curtains may have never ever has been washed, mosquito nets are the same. Seems like the toilet sewer water seeping through the floor tiling which is a kind of stone, not tiles. Asked for a micro which they provided. No large water bottle any more and had to ask every time for bottles of water. Breakfast was ok, they bring it every morning at the time we asked for. The morning offerings, known as canang sari, are daily, handmade palm-leaf baskets filled with flowers, incense, and food, well our villa was skipped all the time. Location would have been nice and quiet but some tourist are renting the very loud bikes and had a ball running up and down the little street early morning and late night. We have stayed for 11 days and spent 6 of them inside being very sick and bed ridden. Not a Bali belly but some nasty throat infection in which the dirtiness off the place didn't help. For the price we paid it is a huge disappointment. It was a huge let down and because of the place and over all experience we decided this was our last trip to Bali (we had about 10 already). The entry door had a big padlock instead of a proper lock which is not a big issue but for the price... it is. Water quality for shower are a new for us. Feels like you use a mild glue as soon as you use a soap or shampoo. Over all we don't recommend this place.
