The Harmony Seminyak

We had the worst experience with Villa Harmony in Bali. From start to finish, it was a nightmare: The price kept changing and going up after we had already booked. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. We paid for 6 bedrooms but were only given 5. They constantly hassled our guests and made the whole stay uncomfortable. This place felt like a complete rip-off. Very dishonest, unprofessional, and unpleasant to deal with. Do not stay here – avoid at all costs!

The people are beautiful. The place is a disaster. I don't think any upkeep on the place has been done since built. Aircon barely works and bathrooms are rank. My stay was very uncomfortable that I moved hotels two days into my trip and was only refunded 50 of the 280 paid
