The Villas Bali Hotel and Spa

The service was amazing, everyone was super helpful and kind. Super friendly. The amenities were clean, just be mindful of the mosquitoes. The buffet breakfast was great each morning. Fresh food and great variety.

Our big group with extended family stayed over 4 villas all joined by opening the backyard doors. Each with a small pool perfect for our kids ages 2-5yo. The villas were cleaned regularly, including at night for turn down service. The staff were so helpful and friendly including the security guards. Location was great, food, spa across the road for massages and spa treatment, supermarket and pharmacy across the road. We will be back!

First time here and I cant speak highly enough of Impiana. I stayed in a 2 bedroom private villa - lots of space, clean? Comfortable and great kitchen facilities if you want to cook. But the restaurant is brilliant so why would you cook? Every member of staff i have met has been friendly, warm and they cant do enough for you. We enjoyed the Friday BBQ experience, you MUST do the cooking class!!! Its so fun. Every evening there is live music in the Oswego restaurant and if you want to sing you can. Book yourself in for a spa at Prana - omg sooooo zen! I had breakfast in my room a couple of days and that was delivered on time with a warm smile and tasty! I enjoyed my time that much - im re booking for 2027 - thats how good this place is. Thank you Mul, Novia, Deddy and everyone who made this holiday so relaxing!
