Now i get it, this is the group of apartments right next to the now defunked and closed Pan Pacific Bali Resort, we purchased a Cudo deal to stay at the Pan Pacific. When we arrived to check in they put us and our luggage into a golf buggy and drove us the 1Km or so this crap hole, we complained and got no-where so we searched for another hotel and paid again to stay elsewhere for the week. When i was escorted from the reception after complaining the managers hunted us down to where were staying in Seminyak, gave us our money back and asked us not to tell anyone, they were doing the same to another couple (Australians) just arriving as i was being escorted from the reception.
