The property is not a villa. It is just a hotel with 4 rooms. We stayed on the first floor. Have to take our luggage there ourselves. The property is surrounded by normal farm, no great views. There are no fly screens. If you open the windows, mosquitos comes in and if close, there is no ventilation. Bathrooms are just terrible. No ventilation!! Bathroom floor is made of pebbles. The bath tub was like not used of ages and not cleaned at all. Lighting is poor, I have to use torch of my mobile. Swimming pool without chlorine and small. Just a pure waste of time and money!

This place is nestled away in the rice fields. The staff is amazing. There are only four rooms in this villa so they tend to you very closely. They make really good food. You can take a stroll to the nearby rice fields. The rooms are very nice. The only drawback is the property is located right on the road so you hear some occasional motorcycles and cars driving by in the middle the night. But I think that's because my room was directly closest to the road. The other rooms are further into the Ricefield. Other than that I have nothing but praise for these people and how well they took care of me. It is very affordable. I would definitely recommend this place. There's something to be said about smallplaces like this because you get 100% attention and not just some random number in a larger hotel.

So I want to start with the few positives and my only reason for not slamming this place. The lovely gentleman that works nights he was lovely and actually cared how our trip was. The lady's on day where nice but lacked English skills. Now our room was an attic above the kitchen/dining/reception. There was no privacy in this room super fun when ur on a romantic week with ur boyfriend and ur now using the bathroom with them right there. The shower was terrible no pressure then high pressure and burns your skin. The drain was a whole cut out the wood floor. Yep ur reading right. There was such little room in the room 2 people could not walk past each other. Room was locked with a padlock. The walls had gaps so if ur in love with bugs it's a great room. Had a few pet wasps. Oh and our fav pets where the rats. They ran through the room all night and ate out snacks and if they didn't the ants did. Wi-Fi 😂😂😂 4 days of complaints we got enough internet to at least tell home we were fine. The actually villas look ok. This room was an add on and not in any pics. It to me was the room if you got the place on sale room. Oh the shuttle times changed after the first day. So be prepared it's about 30aud to get in and out of ubud. I normally would find alot of good things but we would have been better in a backpackers then here.
