The Mason elephant lodge is fabulous. The rooms are beautiful. The food is terrific. And the elephants are wonderful to interact with. The workers seem to genuinely care that you’re having a good time. This was the highlight of our trip to Bali.

Fantastic , amazing and such a great day , we were picked up from our hotel and had door to door service, the elephants are obviously very well loved and cared for, the elephant carers answered questions and had such a wonderful connection with their animal, no riding of the elephants only by their keepers , an absolute definite day out

An incredible experience, very attentive and smiling staff throughout the stay, caregivers, photographers, "service" staff... Adorable gestures for our daughter's birthday. Unforgettable moments of wonder for children and adults alike. The negative reviews about the park are unfair because the experience is what you wish to create; you learn to know the animals (who are very well treated) and understand them through the activities. The history of the park and its founders is worth knowing. The various moments of sharing during the different activities were, for our part, totally unexpected, whether with the elephants or also other animals, for example the turtles. Very appreciable and spacious lodge, very high-quality meals. Thank you for everything.
