Ketut's Place

I loved the place and the people!! Family owned bed and breakfast located near the ubud palace and the market. The place is lovely and peaceful. The employees are so nice and very helpful. Ketut’s family is amazingly welcoming and nice! They can arrange transportation to and from the airport, guided tours, massages in the spa and they also have a restaurant on site opened until 10 pm.. Would 100% warmly recommend. We loved it so much that we stayed there again when we came back to Ubud during the last days of our trip.

We stayed twice at this establishment run by a family that is so welcoming, generous, and attentive to our every need. You can feel that the owners are dedicated to serving their visitors well and helping them discover the beauties of Balinese culture. The establishment is located in the heart of Ubud, which is very convenient for accessing the main attractions of the city, but once you enter, it is a true haven of peace. The balconies of the superior rooms and the outdoor pool overlook a tropical forest. Absolutely beautiful. The typically Balinese architecture is charming, and the place is maintained with love. The staff can assist us in organizing several excursions, as well as transportation and other necessities. A spa is available on-site, and there is the possibility to access various treatments just a few steps from the room. What more can be said, a little gem in the heart of Ubud. A must-see!

We stayed in this lovely, quaint hotel for 4 nights. Lovely airy rooms with aircon. Comfortable extra king bed with clean linens. The bathroom shower was a bit strange with a slight dip in the tiling and a short shower curtain that did nothing to stop the water from cascading all over the toilet and floor. The towels provided could do with being a bit bigger too. Breakfast was served on our balcony overlooking the pool and was lovely. There are a few great restaurants close by the hotel, we didn't eat there at night as there didn't seem to be food available. The road outside was busy and undergoing lots of work and difficult to walk along due to the manic traffic!
