Manuaba Inn

My wife and I stayed here at Manuaba... The owner, Dayu was so friendly and helpful, as was the rest of the family. The inn is situated near the Jazz Cafe, and clise to the supermarket. Our room had a nice kitchen and fridge and we cooked many of our meals. Like most inns here in Ubud, the grounds are clean, quiet and the rooms wonderful... Dayu treated us wonderful, taking us to the temple celebrations, and even took my wife with her by car to a market for the day. After a month here I am happy to recommend Dayu's Manuaba, and answer any questions.

Set off a narrow lane way right in the village of Tebesaya, Manuaba Inn Bungalows are in a tropical garden leading to a river ravine. The newly built bungalows are run by a Brahmana family who are steeped in Bali's rich Hindu Dharma / animist culture. I was welcome to join the family in ritual ceremonies, otherwise I stayed peacefully secluded in my newly built bungalow with spacious cool tiled verandah, king size bed, hot shower, kitchen and free wi-fi! I had an amazing time going out to Balinese temples and rituals with the owner Dayu Parmi and her son Ida Bagus Putra. The family will connect you with their relatives to further your Bali experience. Each bungalow is around IR300,000 / $USD30per night with tropical breakfast. I was alone, but perfect for a couple. I am sure you can negotiate lower rates for longer stays.
