Melasti Beach Bungalow

"Luxury room" booked. On arrival they wanted to "recommend" us another room Our luxury room was renovated a year ago. After 5 days, the shower is already working. 7 times the toilet was "repaired" until nothing washed up. During the day 5 rats danced by the garden pool and in the evening the rats ran over our terrace and feet. The garden pool was closed to guests for 2 days without any information due to a vote. To my booked and unused another 10 days I unfortunately had to call in the police

I love this hotel so much I would live here if I could. I have a very quiet room with a terrace overlooking the ocean. To go to sleep with the sound of waves crashing is just perfect. The staff here are what makes the hotel special. Teguh & Desy especially. The food is good, especially the buffet breakfast; magic omelette cooked fresh to order, loads of fresh melon & papaya and even pastries & croissants if you're that way inclined. Two pools. My room is cleaned every day. Have to give 5 * for my room boy & his team. Even had my towel made into a baby elephant! Hot water in bath/shower & sink. Strong water pressure. Mineral water every day. There is no direct access to the beach but it is only a 1 minute walk through Hotel Paradiso car park next door then you can do your sunset or sunrise walk along the beach. Highly recommend and 100% my go to place in Kuta.
