Puri Bunga Village

The hotel itself is lovely but it is old. When I was there the infinity pool was under maintenance and my travel agency was NOT informed. I was very upset because I wanted that pool specifically. It was very dirty under my bed (I have sinuses) and when I lifted the toilet seat it was not spotlessly clean. The menu was old and mouldy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The back of the place where we eat was very dirty and untidy. I went in there looking for the staff to inform them that we were ready to eat. I was shocked to see the condition. When I got back into the country I told the travel agency to not use this place again. When looking outside the window of the room the roof tiles were mouldy and one of the rooms below were abandoned and there was fungi growing in the outside tub. It was not a nice sight. I also informed the staff at check out. This is a pity because this place has so much potential!!!

Quiet affordable place in ubud with great endless pool! Really love the pool view although the pool a little dirty esp with leaves, but the view is quite amazing with valley and river on the side. Room was big especially the open bathroom they have bathtub too! Breakfast was nice and has a great view. Love it!

We only stayed for one night but this property is awesome with amazing views food was also good. Will definitely recommend it property is well maintained, all facilities available. Their restaurant offers good food.
