Wonderful stay at The Amala Estate. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and that all our needs were met. The customer service was fantastic with 24/7 access to the front desk via WhatsApp and also in person. We were able to order food to our villa and any issues were very promptly addressed. As we celebrated a special occasion during the trip, the hotel staff also decorated our room accordingly, which was a pleasant surprise. During our stay, we participated in a Balinese Cooking class with Chef Putu and Aryu. They were both very friendly and helpful, exposing us to Balinese cuisine and cooking techniques. We would like to thank the staff of Amala for being so welcoming and accommodating; Selamat, Hendra, Alvin, Jenny, Marvella, Deby, Egi and Tony. We would come back here again.

What a lovely resort, an Oasis from the hustle and bustle of the street. Set in a tranquil setting you are warmly welcomed at reception and escorted to your lovely Villa. This is our second time at The Amala and we were not disappointed. The Villas are set out beautifully - we had a 2 bedroom Villa with enclosed garden and a huge pool which also had a large undercover outdoor lounge/dining area. Both bedrooms had ensuites with covered outdoor showers - definite holiday ambience! The rooms are cleaned daily and they also have a late afternoon turndown service to set the mosquito coils, and canopy over the bed to keep you comfortable. There were mosquitoes, but not too many, they have a Mozzie lotion Soffell in the outdoor lounge area which you can use and when we needed it, found it really effective. The staff are wonderful always ready with a smile and happy to help with any query you may have. The restaurant is set by the main pool in a tranquil setting and while only a few tables, (we found most of the other tourists had room service delivered to their Villas) they are ably attended to by the wonderful wait staff Evi, Kamong, Sinta, Ayan and Anika. The menu is diverse with Chef catering for many palates, delicious and is well presented. They also have a fantastic spa, Tula Wellness. We had masseuses Desi and Kadek, who were marvellous - very caring and professional ladies and you felt very relaxed. They were able to find all the sore spots and smooth them out leaving you feeling absolutely amazing, but saddened that time had gone so quickly. Thoroughly recommend the massages. There are so many wonderful staff, but must also say thanks to the shuttle service drivers who do an amazing job negotiating all the traffic, getting you to the resort and finding all the little short cuts to get you to places on time! A special Thank You to Eka for his exceptional help in making our stay so wonderful. He has a very capable management team , including Cacha (pronounced Saka) for her calm and efficiency, always happy to help. We had a terrific holiday!

Thankyou so much for a wonderful stay. Even before I booked i emailed The Amala with concern on dietary requirements I needed and was put at ease. All staff went above and beyond for any thing you needed staff were well informed. Accommodation in the 1 bedroom villa was big and spacious very comfortable relaxing exactly what you need to unwind. Thankyou Chef amazing food extensive menu and thankyou for making my meals separately and safe. See you all again in the near future.
