It really is on a clifftop - some resorts may be set back and you cant get the views, but the views at the hotel were absolutely amazing. We stayed in the Nora residence with a plunge pool and had the most fantastic view.
The shared communal areas were spacious and not busy at all. Everybody just did their own thing at their own pace.
The personal butlers were amazing and always smiling and happy to help with everything. In particular I have to say thank you to Dayu, Rizka and Dewa for the attentiveness and looking after my daughter.
The VIP access to Sundays was great and the Balinese shows in the evening were an unexpected surprise.
