Nice hotel to stay in the Gading Serpong area. Staff friendly and helpful.

The food is ok, the meeting room is cool and good. The staff is all friendly and very helpful when our guests arrive and need to check in quickly. Thank you so much for all of it. Recommended for meetings and overnight stays. Warm greetings, Tasya

The service provided by the staff was very satisfactory. The food available is very varied and delicious. Comfortable rooms and cool AC. The meeting room is spacious and comfortable, just there is no standby staff near the meeting room so it's quite difficult to communicate if you need anything. But overall the experience was very satisfying.
