We had a lovely 3 night stay here. Its a green and lush small resort with a nice large pool, sun beds, a good spa (we enjoyed the massages) and great breakfast.

A lovely old school hotel. Charming ambience, colonial era style of decoration and furnishing in room. Great pool and very good massage. Reasonably price drinks and beer. Very friendly staff too. The hotel was very clean in the room, but the large garden means that they are constantly needing to pick up the leaves when they drop. Not your posh 5 star new hotel, rather a very clean, comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Breakfast was better on some days than others. It was too cold on the one day when it was buffet service but much better when from the menu. In fact on the last day I had one of the best Nasi Goreng I have tasted.

We stayed for three nights and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel feels like an oasis in the middle of the city. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is peaceful. Regarding the comments about hot water issues, we didn’t have any problems — it takes a little while to come out, but there is hot water. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the bed was large. A highly recommended place.
