I stayed at Hotel Neo Candi Simpang Lima Semarang from 21 July 2026 to 22 July 2026 in Superior Premiere Room 1 Large Bed which already includes breakfast for two. As a repeater guest, I chose this hotel again because the experience of previous stays was satisfying, and this time again I got a very enjoyable experience. Initially I planned to stay in Semarang because I had a treatment schedule at RSUP dr. Kariadi. However, because the doctor who treated me was suddenly out of leave, the medication schedule was finally cancelled. Instead of canceling a hotel reservation, I decided to enjoy time with a staycation in the room. It turned out that the decision was the right choice because the hotel atmosphere is very comfortable to rest and unwind tired. The check-in process is fast and efficient. The front office staff was very friendly, polite, and professional. The ruggedness of the entire staff is truly an added value that makes guests feel appreciated. The room quite spacious , front desk reception was very help full when we ask for a little bit early check in . there is connecting door from the lobby hotel to Sorai resto , make it easy for us not to walk during rainy times

I chose the hotel because of its location. Close to many landmarks in semarang. Employees were polite, friendly include security. The only thing I want Neo to improve is the maintenance (room and corridor. I liked the VIT water dispenser nearby my room and I noticed there were events next to breakfast area : from Polda to wedding. This shows that NEO has good food and beverage quality
