Pandanaran

We got to the hotel after 13h drive from Lovina on Bali. We also only spent short night here since we were out at 5am and our way to Jepara to catch the fast ferry to Karimunjawa. So we really can't tell much about this hotel other than it passed its prime many years ago. The place is pretty rundown and also cleanliness could and should be on whole other level. But for 45€ for two rooms and 5 hours of sleep i guess we got what we've paid for. Oh and yes McDonalds is a minute walk away.

I'd like to thank you to your team for the first impression and experiences during our stay at your hotel. Since the first moment when i tried to reserve the rooms for me and my families until our last step when we left your hotel. It was such an excellent experience, and i would like to mention Mr. Gunawan (F&B Manager), for the extra miles he provided when i booked my reservation to make sure that my requests were accommodated. He is an asset to your hotel and a role model to his team. The Chef (sorry i don't know his name) who i saw during breakfast always go around and checking that all the products are exceeding the guest's expectation and with the best standard of quality, the FO staffs who are welcoming us with their friendliness, the security team and everyone that made my family vacation was memorable. I know that no one is perfect and there is always room for improvement, and i understand that some part of the hotel was just finished with refurnishing and upgrading the facilities/ amenities. Therefore, some little challenges were experienced during our stay such as when i tried to do room to room call couple of time, it directed me to Front Office operator, the hair dryer was not working when my wife need to use it in the last minute (fortunately she used the one on the other room, fyi, i booked 3 rooms for my family), a bad odor / smell came out from the sink. I believed that the team will right away do their best to solve them. Overall, because of the friendliness and ready-to-service attitude from your team, I'm looking forward to having another great experience at your hotel in the future and will recommend it to my relatives, colleagues and friends. The room is spacious, the facilities ok, the time took the deluxe room double room.Service friendly, and nice time I wrong tgl booking and when I reviewed the custumer service is friendly and very helpful breakfast ok.The time it gets promo price.Al ⁇ it seems that the hotel is old but still ok I like it.
