Nice design, lots of photo spots, strategic location, close to culinary, station and mall. But what impressed me was the service, I think the hotel is very well trained its staff ranging from concierge, fo and fb staff, thank you to Juwita and there are 2 teams at FO I forgot my name, (yg handle check in and concierge handles the suitcase when check out)

This hotel truly reflects Javanese heritage, with rich traditional ornaments and cultural details throughout the property. The staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. The room is spacious, clean, and cozy, providing a comfortable atmosphere for rest. I also appreciate the hotel’s commitment to sustainability, as the toiletries are made from recycled plastic, supporting greener hospitality practices. In addition, the location is very convenient, situated close to Pasar Gede, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I am for sure will comeback.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at The Royal Surakarta Heritage - Handwritten Collection while visiting Solo for the amazing Mangkunegaran Run event. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s elegant Javanese heritage ambiance, beautifully blending traditional culture with modern comfort. The atmosphere is truly unique—grand, warm, and full of character. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to rest and recharge before the event. The hospitality from the team was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made my short stay feel extra special. What I loved most was the hotel’s strategic location, making it convenient to explore Surakarta and easily access the event area. The facilities were excellent, and every detail reflected quality and authentic Indonesian hospitality. The property is centrally located and within easy reach of key city attractions, which adds to the overall experience. Even though I stayed for only one night, it was a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Solo—whether for leisure, business, or special events like Mangkunegaran Running.
