Amaris Hotel Palangkaraya

Staying in room 310 very loud noise from above aound like outdoor ac rattling all night. Ask for other room only available upper level get closer to rattling ac. Cant sleep well very tired of waking up

Never ever stay here again! Previously I stayed in another Amaris hotel, but the experiences was much better than the Amaris hotel in Palangkaraya. Stayed @ 25 Apr 2018 @ Room 318. In Amaris Palangkaraya. Very tired room. Smelly, peeled off paint, stained bed sheet, greyed (from white) blanket. The worst was breakfast, cold food and when asking for omelette the PIC using very dirty shirt and then my order was not served for a long time and when I checked he gave it to the next lady guest who came and order later. Very very very bad experience. Will never consider this hotel again when visiting Palangkaraya.

Small room, with small twin bed very bad smell when entering the room. and i was surprised on the chair there are staples contents. a very small bathroom during my stay smell like a cockroach, towels are dirty, linen dirty, internet not working. Some improvement needed And the worst after laundry my shirt has stains.
