Very surprised because this hotel has become better, before it was not like now and surprised now it is better. The lobby looks new and the service is better . Hopefully I can come here again and the Kartika Hotel will be better. It is necessary to add air conditioning in the lobby to make it cooler. The rooms are better

The price is cheap and including breakfast. The hotel itself was renovated in 2015, so I don't know how it was before 2015. Good restaurant as well. More occupancy / people who eat there during the fasting month rather than the usual months.

Room : Small, dark and moldy. Creepy since some wallpapers were torn out and the AC made such a noise. Tips : Bring your own sleeping bag / sleeping pod / snuggies - i do not suggest sleeping on their bed. The room felt really damp. Very terribly basic amenities, make sure you bring your own. Bathroom : Wet. No shower curtain, leaky toilet shower, no hot water. Overall it was unpleasant, quite depressing experience. I was only taking shower since Madiun's air was so hot and humid. Food : There are many better eating places around, so don't bother,
