The hotel has a natural view, the atmosphere is still aesthetic, the cold air is nice, it is suitable for a moment to forget about the atmosphere of the city, the rooms and facilities are comfortable and functioning well, plus the point, the hotel has many spots to explore children from the sandy garden, mini zoo, children's pool, and kids playground and make children also enjoy the staycation here, We'll definitely be back! Inna Tretes is going to be our family's top choice whenever we visit Tretes

The family friendly hotel in Tretes is indeed recommended to be used as a family holiday option, a clean swimming pool with direct water source Dr. Mountain. There is a spot in the area of Kyoto so it feels like there are many photos in the stock in Japan.

Great hotel to stay with family during your vacation. We had the room that we reserved (connected rooms), nice view from the room. Nice place to take a lots of photos. Friendly staffs. But there is always room for improvement. The cleanliness and the completeness of room amenities should be double checked before confirming that the room is ready, The availability of F&B offered (we ordered from pool bar / recreation area) should be communicated among the staff and should be informed to the guests upon ordering. Should have more menu option in the hotel's restaurant since there was very limited food vendor outside the hotel. The room service operation hour should be 24 hour, especially during long weekend. Overall, It is recommended as one of nice hotel to spend your time with family. Looking forward for the next stay in the future. Thank you.
