Bekizaar Hotel

Bekizaar Hotel Surabaya (Bekizaar Business Hotel) (room 715) This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I travel a lot and have reviewed many places around the world (see my reviews). All I need is a clean room. -Dirty sheets with stains. -Noisy air conditioning. -Lots of flies (see my pictures). -Cockroaches, I killed one and saw another, which made me leave the hotel the next morning. -Napkins instead of toilet paper rolls in the bathroom. -Old towels. -Window couldn’t be closed properly. -Very thin walls. -The hotel is near McDonald’s and across the street from Tunjungan Plaza. However, there’s no pedestrian crossing, so you have to go through the red-orange road barriers (see my pictures). -Breakfast is not western-style. -The call to prayer from the mosque starts around 04:20 in the morning. -I checked in late at night and left after one night. I informed reception, and all they said was “sorry.”. I moved to Four Points by Sheraton next to the mall, much better and worth every dollar. No idea how this hotel has some good reviews, maybe they’re fake or written by locals used to bugs and cockroaches. I do not recommend this place for tourists.

Strategic location, very close to TP I arrived at 10.00, at first I couldn't check in, I couldn't even register for a room and I was told I could only do it at 14.00 I came back at 13.30, checked in and was able to do it but until 14.00 I couldn't enter the room, strangely I was told to come back again at 15.00, after the manager came I was promised 15 minutes 14.20 I entered the room, when I got to the front of the room, I couldn't even use the access card to enter the room, my room was opened by the cleaning service, they said I would ask to reset it again in the lobby itself, it was strange even though I had just checked in but the room key was already broken, the party The hotel had no intention of helping to deal with it, but instead asked me to go to the lobby myself when I went downstairs, the service was not good When I entered the room, even the floor of the room was very wet with soft marks, as a result the floor was dirty with marks from my shoes. The situation in the room photos is very different (180 degrees) from the photos displayed online. Disappointing, more like a boarding house Then I called the receptionist, they were blamed for the reason that I put my cellphone near the room key, how is that possible and it really doesn't make sense because I carry a lot of things and my cellphone is in my pocket. But I still blamed the sensor being damaged because my cellphone Then I asked why I got twin beds, even though I was booked for a king size bed, the receptionist answered that only suitable rooms were available. The AC was hot and the sound was uncomfortable I read reviews on Google and it turned out there were lots of worms in the toilet, so I decided to immediately check out

for holiday or for bussiness trip, this hotel meet my expectation. located on one of surabaya's well known street, this hotel is easy to reach from other landmark such as tunjungan plaza, etc. reasonable price also one of this hotel's advantages
