Bisanta Bidakara

I chose the suite, the room was spacious, clean, right at the same time as the running event, full support from the hotel, I haven't tried the food yet, but overall there was no problem, it was amazing, thank you for the support

The hotel is really comfortable to use... every time I go to Surabaya I think I will always stay at this hotel. The place is also really right in the middle of Surabaya city. The food is also delicious. Guaranteed satisfaction The employees are also friendly.

I'm staying with Tim, honestly I don't think I'll feel at home there... It turns out...... The rooms are spacious and the service is excellent Not to mention the service from Mr GM is extraordinary... The menu is also varied & delicious Thank you
