D Hans Hotel Syariah RedPartner near Wisata Religi Sunan Ampel Surabaya

Found somewhere in Surabaya, this hotel does not deserve the title of a hotel. When the driver dropped us off, I thought it was a brothel from the outside appearance. Staff barely speak English and were difficult to communicate with. Rooms were near horrible. Two single sized beds squeezed together with a tiny TV. Bed was springy and felt bad on the back. Room was extremely dusty. Towel could have been mistaken for as a rag and only soap bars are given. Window view was a wall of the next building. Toilet was the epitome of horrible. No hot water. Terrible smell that leaked into the rest of the room. No toilet paper. And best of all no sink or mirror. It was so bad that I foregone showering for a couple of days. Breakfast was downright disgusting. Ether completely tasteless or laden with MSG. Never again will I brave this hotel. Only plus point is the ability to write this review with the free wifi in the permanently closed restaurant.
