I stayed at Grand Inna Tunjungan Surabaya and overall got a pretty enjoyable experience, especially from the side of location and service. One of the main points of this hotel is its strategic location in the centre of Surabaya, right in the vicinity of Tunjungan Plaza and surrounded by numerous cafes and dining options. This position is definitely a great addition for guests who want to enjoy the city center with easy access. From the beginning of the arrival, the staff felt friendly and welcoming, even guests received a welcome drink at check-in, which was a small but enjoyable touch. The price of the rooms offered also makes sense given the location and facilities provided. The available rooms are quite spacious, equipped with a spacious and comfortable bed, as well as strong Wi-Fi, supporting the comfort of both relaxing and working. From the culinary side, the experience at this hotel is also quite satisfying. Breakfast offers a wide selection of Indonesian menus as well as some international options, and in general they all taste good. I also had a time to try some menu room services, namely Hot Rice, Fish and Chips, and Carbonara Spaghetti, and everything was delicious. For pizza, the topping and overall taste pretty good, although the texture of the pasta feels a bit dry. From the price point of view, room service rates are still fair for a hotel class. However, there are some aspects that I think need more attention. Rooms facing the main street are less soundproof, so the sound of the vehicle from the outside is quite clear to the inside of the room and can interfere with the quality of sleep, especially for guests sensitive to noise. In addition, the availability of hot water is still less consistent. During the stay, hot water is only available at certain times. Even in the morning it is necessary to wait about five minutes before the water is completely hot. In the bathroom, the curtain between the bathtub and the floor area is also not available, so water can potentially be easily spread to the outside area when bathing. The shower head is also unable to adjust its bending and can only be adjusted to its height, which slightly limits the comfort of use. Overall, Grand Inna Tunjungan Surabaya offers a comfortable stay experience with an excellent location, friendly service, and good quality food. If the soundproofing aspect of the room as well as some details of the bathroom facilities can be enhanced, the hotel experience will be much more optimal.

Nginep at Grand Inna Tunjungan is great, the location is super strategic in the middle of the city living a bit off Tunjungan Plaza. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable for a break. The service was also friendly + responsive. Overall worth it for a practical stay in Surabaya 👍
