The service is very friendly & very good. The food is really delicious & lots of variety. There is also live cooking for delicious Goat Guling, especially the tengkleng and kebuli rice. Thank you Chef Yun, I recommend all the food. The hotel is very strategic in the city with a view of the Balikpapan sea. Very comfortable hotel. Highly recommended for families.

Stay overnight here. The hotel is actually quite good, especially the view. The rooms are quite spacious. It's just that the interior shows that this is an old hotel. The check in and check out process is quite fast. Even an ordinary breakfast tends to lack taste. Service is not fast and unresponsive. Needs training for staff. I went down with my suitcase, the security was indifferent and didn't care. Other hotels usually have staff/security always offering to help. But not here. When we need something in the room the response is also slow. Service needs to be improved again.
