The rooms are clean and comfortable, the officers are friendly and the food is good, have stayed here several times and always come back. May what is good be preserved forever

Walk in to this hotel last night after business meeting in Balikpapan. Paying 750,000 Rph 1 night stay inclusive with breakfast. Hygiene is poor and ridiculuos, never experience such bad smell pillow , mattress , sofa in a 3 star hotel before . I guess the hotel has no interest in hospitality or management dont care what is accomodation. The whole night no internet connection . DM response IT not around and she can't reset router. Most of the electric plug is not usable. Electric wire is everywhere behind the bed side table , and can't charge. The only appreciation is the restaurant staff , is very helpful and friendly.

Last week I stayed here. The breakfast is quite good, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is strategic, near several ATM machines and near a pharmacy that is open 24 hours so I can easily find hand sanitizers and masks. At night, there are several culinary options that can be an alternative to having dinner outside the hotel, so I can save more on my business trip costs. I will consider staying at this hotel again when I have a business trip to Balikpapan.
