The old hotel gave a horror impression, it was quiet, there were only a few guests. The room was dimly lit, the water in the bathroom the first time you opened the sink the water was red, over time it turned yellow. The lift is broken, you have to go down via the service lift which is in the corner, adding to the horror. The corridor is silent, just scary

This place would be a Favorite hotel of mine in Balikpapan ,There is always a smiling face at reception and its clean and tidy every time i go there , The management have been refurbishing the older rooms lately. The hotel has the best sea food restaurant and it does a nice chill crab meal witch is my favorite.

Visiting Balikpapan with family for wedding occasion at Seaview Ballroom Menara bahtera, our small family stay in this hotel. All my family members including my little son love this hotel. Located just in front of large mall, Balikpapan Plaza and wide variety of foods choice. Gonna stay again when go to Balikpapan.
