Neo Tanah Abang - Cideng

This is my first stay in Jakarta, Indonesia and I so amazing with the hospitality. Small hotel but good location and warmfull staff named Febri , he was so amazing to direct me around the Jakarta activities. Many Jakarta icon nearby this hotel , so I bery recommend this hotel for budget category.

Please, maybe this is the first time I feel that the friendliness of the hotel staff does not apply in this part of the favehotel restaurant. The male waiter was arrogant and unfriendly, I don't know his name, but he was tall. Initially I went to the restaurant to ask for the menu, but was answered in language that was less than hospitality. I don't know whether it's a habit here or what, what is clear from the tone of the waiter's speech is that he is not very welcoming. I don't mind all the facilities, the other services are okay and only the restaurant part makes me a little disrespectful.

tired from out of town, got a twin room, but one of the bed frames was wobbling, I called the reception slow to respond, the room was not soundproof, I could hear the noise from the next room, asked to change to another room at 16.00 but he said no one was ready, bad service , there is no solution to complaints from guests who stay overnight, only to be told to wait according to the waiting list. 👎🏻
