The room was dirty, smells bad, the sheets, no amenities and towels are yellow. There is no air-conditioner in the restaurant, the food is cold. For 3 stars hotel this is not acceptable and so disappointing.

The front officer was very slow and looked not professional at all, i was kept waiting just to get my room key. The whole properties weren’t maintained at all. The temperature in the lobby area was not even chill. In Room conditions was also poor.

Stayed here for 2 nights on family trip. The hotel is so old. The elevator can only take max 4 people. The room is pretty clean but the bathroom is not clean enough. The facility is functioning but really out of date. The linen might be clean but looks yellowish. You better bring your own towel. The sofa is not in the good condition. There are no amenities provided. No tissue, no shampoo, no toothbrush and toothpaste. The bed feels cheap. There are loud dangdut music live untill midnight 2 nights in a row during my stay. The breakfast is also not good. The foods are cold.
