iShine Hotel

A hotel on city center in pekanbaru. Easy acces to anywhere, cause neare to mall goverment offcice, but I saw hotel facility must be maintenance like room cleanlines, aircon and water, but a specialy for staff hotel so friendly.

This is the worse Hotel Ever. Bad smell, dirty room, dirty sheet, yellowish water. I get rash right after I sat on the bed. I moved to fave hotel right after. Cannot stand even for an hour here. And it cost really expensive too. I Don't recommend a hotel with a blood stain on bed sheet for my fellow traveller. I asked the receptionist if they changed the sheet and they said that they always change it. I showed them the bed sheet just to have them quite with shame.

A good hotel since it is near to a place that i want to go and it located at the main road of jln jeneral sudirman. The room is bigger..have a closet..the channel on tv is verity. BUT, this hotel have some major issue 1.the room and the hotel need to update 2.the bathroom is horrible..need to clean n update 3.the carpet need to change..it so disgusting 4.the lift sometimes did not working well 5. The breakfast have a verity choice which is good but sometimes the food is cold. 6.the water in bathroom is seems not clean
