From so many hotels This hotel would be the worse evere Afraid banged with his room vibes, Bed sheets that may be used but not replaced The dark and moist and poorly circulated room adds discomfort This review I tell you what exists without the intention to drop May be his next improvement. Hotel chosen by our agency, we were more than satisfied. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Pool very well maintained and not too crowded if not early in the morning. Staff smiling and pleasant even if it is difficult to make themselves understood in English. Extra buffet breakfast due to its quality and variety. Not far from the sea and many warings and small shops in the nearby area.

Disappointed. Wrong booking for today even though it was supposed to be for Saturday, payment was already made. Hope there is a policy. Called the hotel but no one answered the phone number at all. Deciding to go to the hotel directly, the receptionist directed me to contact Traveloka. After contacting Traveloka, I returned to the receptionist to confirm and the receptionist informed me that I would immediately approve the reschedule if the email from Traveloka had arrived. Before going home, I checked again whether it could be approved. The receptionist said "yes, it will be approved when the email has been received." I went home because I had calmed down. I contacted via WhatsApp because there was no other telephone number that could be reached. And the information is that you can't reschedule the day. OK, that's purely my fault for having the wrong date, but at least don't give hope if it can't be approved so that I can use the room. Because of my condition, I went there around 11 at night. After complaining lightly the admin said "the room can still be used until tomorrow afternoon". Hahahaha it's kind of funny huh. Hopefully the service can be improved in the future🙂 Very disappointed with the receptionist. Like fake hope hahaha thanks!🤭
