The room really smelled bad as if it hadn't been cleaned and it looked like the sheets hadn't been changed from previous guests... the room was also dirty... the receptionist service was unfriendly and unhelpful. It's a shame that the location is good

Not satisfied with the stay. Horror uncomfortable sleep. Service is also less than friendly from every employee. Hotel facilities are just ordinary. There are still many shortcomings that need to be improved. So that it is more suitable for guests

The front office team and security team was friendly and helpful. For FB team needed to improve their service. Breakfast time, no one took dirty plate on the table until I asked them to take it. The tv in the main room was unclear and no tv channel direction as well.
