favehotel Hyper Square

This hotel was a great location for our time in Bandung. Being by the mall increased the options for meals. The hotel staff was great and it was worth the upgrade for my wife and I.

It became a favorite hotel, but due to the decline in service and hygiene, I did not place this hotel in the first place in Bandung. When I tried to use this accommodation back in July 2026, I was very impressed with the condition of the room. A lot has changed since I last used this accommodation. The room is clean, quite spacious and with its good facilities. Need to be a note, when the first time came, security was less repulsive so I was confused to park the car (plus after directing, my parking spot was given to other vehicles). Because I use pre check-in, the check-in process at the counter FO became easier and faster, just the staff FO did not inform about Free Parking / Parking Fee for guests staying. Breakfast was pretty good, I had breakfast around 8:20 and a lot of condiments and food were empty and not immediately on refill. The kitchen staff seemed just busy making food without checking out the stall-stalls that had run out of food. The egg section also looks overwhelmed, so when I ordered eggs, my order was overlooked and preceded by a few guests. Maybe for the egg section can be prepared beforehand, considering the fans of egg processing are quite a lot. The number of rest staff appears to be less, seen from the late clearing up of the table from the dishes and glasses that have been used. In the future, it may be possible to add staff, especially when the hotel housing rate is above 80% so that the service to guests can be even better. Overall, I am satisfied with this accommodation, and will definitely be my first choice if going to stay in Bandung.

The servant of the hotel fave slalu satisfied his guests..love and husband slalu betah within a year can 3 times nginep..and did not forget the manager of F&B slalu friendly and bnyk welcomed guests very good.
