Grand Setiabudi Apartment

Vacationing with family at Grand Serela Setiabudhi, the first impression was very good, the service was very good, the staff were very friendly. The food is also delicious, just pay attention to cleanliness, okay, great

The last time I stayed here was around 7 years ago and I came back here again to stay for 2 nights. Pros: * Location * Quick check-in process * Surprisingly quiet, eventho soundproof doesn't really exist tho * Spacious deluxe room, comfy bed Cons: * Old building, many cracks on the wall * Quite dark room & corridor * Small bathroom * Bit complicated procedure to borrow things like praying mat & umbrella, everything has to be noted & signed. I've never experienced such things in another accomodations. * Stingy with breakfast choice. How come a 4 stars hotel served only chicken porridge (with limited shredded chicken & eggs); rice + 1 kind of meat + 1 kind of veggie + noodle; and in the other side were only 2 kinds of sliced fruit, jelly, yogurt and unattractive salad buffet !!! Came at 8.30 and almost everything was empty. Needed to wait around 15 mins until it's been refilled. Outside stood a man serving an omelette beside two empty juice dispensers which weren't refilled until I finished my breakfast.

I stayed for 3 nights, comfortable room and romantic place, the staffs were friendly and must be appreciated :)), when we were checking out and waiting for trains (at 15.45), the FO staff allowed us to wait/ take a rest on our room until 15.00 and no charge!! What a surprise.. thank you grand setiabudi hotel
