Serela Hotel Merdeka

Bad hotel Holes and stains in sheets. Rock hard cushions Holes in curtains Dirty plates and glasses at breakfast No cutlery and after questions dirty cutlery. Everything is dirty 1 half roll of toilet paper Toilet seat broken. Shower cubicle dirty Shower cold No cleaning or clean. Towels after sleeping one night. Alarm sound even after complaining about it. Lots of street noise. Overall a terribly outdated and worn hotel.

Pretty fun. Rooms are neat and clean, staff are also friendly. And its location is very strategic, close to the BIP mall and BEC living just a walk... the kid is happy to see fish in his aquarium... love it..

Nice room for rest and complete amenities. The staff are all friendly and helpfull as well as the very strategic location close to the BEC Mall can be by foot.
