I enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel because of its location across from Lintas shuttle where I got dropped off. The staff were all great especially 2 girls on reception speaking good English. The rooms just abit old but if I had ordered the newer room I'm sure it would have been nice as people have said in other reviews. The pool was the nicest I've swam in in 2 months of travel. A very nice looking hotel when you walk in and around the facility. Good location if getting travel car to next city. Did not try breakfast as no option on Agoda to book with breakfast I don't think.

Topas Gallery (No Breakfast Package) + Plus Staff Professionalism: All the staff were very kind and professional. From the concierge, the security team, the front desk, the engineer, the cleaning staff. I got a Standard Twin Room which have a leaking AC (later on this one), as I reported they sent an engineer in less than 2 minutes and he fixed the leaking. Facilities and Layout: The hotel layout and facilities was meticulously planned. Upon arrival you actually entered the second floor of the hotel, with the 1st floor offers you a small greenish park and pond at the center which the customer can use to sit down and relax and even enjoying snack. They have a backyard with a small open lobby which, this backyard connect to the pool areas which also serves anls an extention to their restaurant and cafe. This whole area will always be bathe in light every night time, so it suit very well for small garden party (circa 100 persons) and instagrammable. In the front side of the canteen, facing the parking lot, there's the meeting room. The hotel was completed by a souvenir store on its side (owned by two male Indonesian celebrities) and the store offer 10% discount on cheesecake for hotel costumer. ° Neutral Rooms: I got Standard Twin Room no. 223, with a view to the parking lot on the side of the hotel. The positives from the room were; they gave you a two 600ml size water daily instead of the 330ml i usually encountered, the bathroom offers consistent hot water with kid-size tub but still if an adult want to sit and relax in a warm water it's more than do-able. Now though, the hotel is revamping all it's AC and it's halfway through, i'm the little unlucky one to got the room with the old AC so every 3-4 hours after being turned on it will always start to leak. Aside from that the freon is not so cold anymore. The other that can be improved is despite the complete lighting, entrance-cabinet-bedside-standing, the yellow colored light offered a too-dim environment for my standard. Location: Yes, it's located near the entrance of Pasteur Toll and Lembang is literally 25 - 35 minutes away from there, but that means you need to make sure your taxi didn't pass it or it means the taxi need to go through the crossroad traffic again to reach the hotel. Yes, it's sandwich-ex by the delicious Warung Cepot-Gepuk Ny. Ong on one side and one of the City Main Mall on the other side, but they don't open for 24 hours and the closest 24 hour convenience store is 30 minutes going back and forth and it's across the road. Bear in mind Indonesian driver's recklessness and very little empathy you better don't forget any thing you need prior to store close time. ATM 24 hours (Yay!), Mandiri on the left side and BCA, CIMB, Danamon, BTN, Bukopin are all at BTC basement level South Entrance. Go in from the right side, straight down until end, turn left, straight again for about 150m, on your left. BNI though, right across the hotel. - Minus None

I booked this hotel with oyo online booking, the price was very cheap. I reserve 1 room for 1 night only. The hotel condition was very old style hotel. Check in process very fast and smooth no need deposit for this hotel. I get room at 225. The room facilities like 2 star hotel, with good led screen tv, the door already not properly and need maintenance to repaired, the bed was so so comfortable, the air conditioning in the room still cold condition, the furniture was old too. I think only for stay and transit was enough and good for stay. The room completely with bathtub also. Just upon check in the room many mosquito, please the housekeeping staff before make inspect to sell the room must be check the room first already good for sell or not yet. I think overall the hotel facilities was good and the hotel staff was very nice service.
