Until this Novotel bogor has been 8:00 p.m., cape trus mangas.. pas check in, I booked 2 rooms in one name, booking different booking code, it turns out that registered in the system only 1 booking code. Waiting 10 minutes for clarification, fortunately I was helped by Receptionist Diska and Assistance Manager Vian, they were very friendly and kind. Not until five minutes, the unlisted room is ready and we can quickly rest. Thank you Vian and Diska

Our stay at Novotel Bogor Golf Resort was wonderful—so much so that my child is already asking when we can visit again! ​Activity Experience (8.5/10): The hotel feels nicely immersed in nature. The outdoor area is filled with tall, shady trees, and the pool features natural stone accents. It truly felt like a refreshing reset for both our mind and body. ​Room - Deluxe with Outdoor Bathtub (7/10): The room is very spacious for this category, making it ideal for a family with 1–2 young children (and all the extra luggage that comes with them!). The inclusion of a sofa bed was a great touch, suitable for either kids or adults. The room gave off a charming, nostalgic vibe, though the interior elements are starting to show their age and need renovation. ​Breakfast (9/10): The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of Western, Eastern, and Indonesian dishes. Kids will definitely love the huge selection of pastries and sweets! My only minor complaint was the omelet—it was served plain without any toppings or fillings, which felt a bit incomplete. Service (10/10): Top-notch service! Check-in was surprisingly fast despite the hotel being busy. The receptionist was very proactive and personally checked room readiness when there was no response from the room inspection team. Housekeeping was equally responsive, fulfilling all our requests very quickly. ​Indoor Kids Club / Activities (3/10): There was no staff supervising the area, so it felt unattended and unkept. It seems more like a temporary spot where guests just drop by briefly to pass the time while waiting rather than a proper kids club.
