we stay at this hotel in a group of almost 34 people. I got a room that connecting with other 2 rooms that my friends stay. the worst is for all three rooms, the hot water is not working and it is freaking cold there. the hotel should check at all time that the hot water is working properly in all their rooms. when i open the closet in the room, i notice that there is blanket/bedsheet that being stuffed in the closet. the swimming pool also dirty, muddy and it looks like that it is not maintained properly.

Hotel is one of the oldest hotel in Lembang. Staff needs training on customer service, rooms need better maintenance, room not properly set up for Vacant Ready status. No toilet paper, room smell musky, vanity table lamp not working, everything looks old. Location is good, lobby needs better lighting. Inquiry about room reservation via marketing staff needs days to reply. Wanted to utilize airport pick up service but since need days to reply and also forgotten by marketing staff to be replied, in the end checked in to another better hotel.

natural atmosphere combined with the concept of lodging filled with wood furniture, the air is really fresh with the hospitality of employees and hotel staff. ideal for spending time with family and friends. blend of ancient artifacts with shades of pines and cypresses add to the impression of the holiday.
