A simply unforgettable stay in Lombok. Splendid resort, taken care of in every detail, with beautiful, welcoming, and always perfectly clean villas. The cleanliness is truly impeccable: every day we found our villa in perfect condition. But what made our stay truly special was, above all, the staff. Everyone, without exception, was incredibly kind, smiling, and helpful at all times. They made us feel pampered and welcomed from the very first day, almost as if we were family. It is rare to find such an authentic and sincere level of hospitality. The food was also a great surprise: everything was very good, well-prepared, and pleasant, making the stay even more complete. It is one of those places where you don't just find a beautiful property, but above all people who truly make the difference and who leave you with a wonderful memory. A wonderful experience in Lombok that we absolutely recommend. We would go back without thinking twice!

From the minute we arrived, we were relaxed. A welcome drink and warm smiles greeted us. Throughout our stay we were treated so well. All the staff were super friendly, especially at meal times Dini, Suraya and Windri and Ken all learnt our names without I telling them and made us feel very special. Food and drinks were excellent and well presented. We didnt leave the resort for meals as they catered for all. Pizzas, pastas, fish, salads etc. As vegetarians we sometimes struggle, but not at the Jeeva Klui. They made everything fresh, and anything you didnt want (eg meat / shellfish) on the menu, they simply didn't cook with it. No questions asked. When our son trod on an urchin, they provided a bucket, water and vinegar and continuously checked in on him. Alan made fabulous cocktails at the beach bar - happy hour and sunset were great! Rooms were very clean with a 2x daily turn down service, the later included spraying the room in case of mosquitos. All in all, although a little remote and a slightly under-developed area, the hotel itself was wonderful. Thank you.

We had an amazing stay at Jeeva Klui!! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was so helpful and kind. And lets not forget about the food - delicious!! The resort felt safe (it was also bugfree)! We felt very welcome from the first minute!! I would especially like to thank Etal (bruno) and Yasa for good service :) and the rest of the staff as well! I will definetly come back!!
